Whether you are undergoing ovulation induction, IUI, or IVF, accurate monitoring can mean fewer canceled cycles, safer medication dosing, and better timing.

Using high-resolution transvaginal ultrasound, we measure follicle size, count developing follicles, assess endometrial thickness, and look for any findings that might change your protocol. For IUI or timed intercourse, this allows us to pinpoint when to trigger ovulation and schedule insemination or intercourse. For IVF cycles, especially for patients partnered with programs such as CNY Fertility, we provide the detailed measurements your primary clinic needs to adjust medications and schedule egg retrieval.

Many patients value being able to do this high-frequency monitoring locally rather than traveling long distances every few days. Results are communicated promptly, and when you are working with an external IVF center, we follow their requested reporting formats and timelines so your care remains coordinated.

During each scan, we explain in plain language what we see on the screen-how many follicles are present, which are likely to be mature, and how the lining is developing. This helps you understand why medication doses might change or why retrieval or IUI is scheduled on a specific day.

Serial monitoring visits are structured to be efficient yet unhurried. Parking is straightforward, check-in is brief, and you are seen in private rooms designed for comfort during what can be an emotionally intense time.
